Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Returns will not be accepted for perishable goods, personalized items, medicines, personal care products, or digital downloads unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Prachin Bangla Ltd. account.

2. Navigate to "My Orders", select the product, and click "Request a Return."

3. Provide a valid reason for the return along with supporting images (if applicable).

4. Once approved, return the product using our designated courier partner or a pre-authorized shipping method.

5. Upon successful inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Return Verification & Processing

All returned items undergo quality inspection before processing refunds or replacements.

If the product does not meet the return criteria, the return request may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
