Cancellation policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
To cancel an order, visit "My Orders", select the order, and click "Cancel Order."
Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may initiate a return after receiving the item.
If a customer refuses to accept a delivered order, a cancellation fee may apply.
Seller-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where the seller is unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
